We’re proudly based in New Orleans! All cookies are baked fresh out of our licensed commercial kitchen. While we don’t have a walk-in storefront (yet!), we offer:

🚚 Do you deliver locally?

Yes! We offer local delivery throughout the New Orleans metro area, including Downtown, Uptown, Westbank, Metairie, and surrounding neighborhoods. Delivery fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

📦 Do you ship cookies nationwide?

Absolutely! We ship across the U.S. via FedEx Express. Cookies are sealed for freshness and packaged with care to arrive in perfect condition.

🎁 Can I send cookies as a gift?

Yes! Just select “Add Gift Option” at checkout to include a gift box, customized greeting card, or a special sauce for the perfect finishing touch.

🍪 What size are your cookies?

Our standard cookies are large and gourmet—about 4 inches wide and the perfect thickness! We also offer mini cookies (2.5” diameter) in select quantities and boxes.

💳 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods right from our site.

⏰ How far in advance should I order?

We recommend ordering at least 2–3 days in advance for local orders and 5–7 days for shipping. Large orders and custom requests may require more notice.

🧁 Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?

Yes! We have a rotating selection of vegan and gluten-free cookies, like our Vegan Chocolate Chip and Gluten-Free Sugar Cookie. Be sure to check the product menu for availability.

🧾 Can I get an invoice or receipt?

Yes! Receipts are automatically emailed with each order. For custom invoices, email us and we’ll take care of it.

⏳ Do you have order minimums?

For standard online orders: No minimum!

For custom orders, wholesale, or events: minimums may apply. We’ll provide details when you contact us.

❄️ How do I store your cookies?

Cookies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored:

• In an airtight container for up to 5 days

• Frozen for up to 6 months

Reheat briefly in the microwave for that fresh-baked feel!
