At NoLa Cookie Co we use the highest quality, local ingredients available to create our decadent cookies and treats. We understand that gluten and nut allergies can be very severe but we are not a dedicated gluten-free or nut-free facility. While we use sugar, butter, flour and eggs to create most of our desserts, some do contain walnuts as well as pecans. All of our products are produced in a certified commercial kitchen and manufactured on equipment that processes products containing milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, soy and tree nuts.
